You feel right at home upon entering. A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with bar and wood stove. Adjacent is a large and cosy sitting room (with a wood-burning stove as well) where you can watch TV, read a book or play games.  Between them, these two rooms create a “heart”, to the house that will allow guests to relax and socialise in comfort.

The house has five bedrooms, one of which is a double room on the ground floor and four on the first floor, one of which can accommodate four people. All rooms have a private bathroom and toilet. Each room also has its own unique chique  style and atmosphere.

In the private and naturally sun lit courtyard you will find a large dining table to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together.

In addition, on the plot you will find a swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m), a spacious trampoline, a table tennis table, a dart board and a professional jeu-de-boules court, with lighting for the evening. There is ample parking on site.

The location of this house offers many opportunities for activities such as walking, cycling, swimming, canoeing or golf.  Visiting climbing parks, amusement park Le Pal, villages and cities are all within easy reach along very quiet roads. The nearby fortress  town of Herisson, dominated by its castle, is an example of this. Moulins is a bit more sophisticated with terraces and various modern shops. It boasts a medieval centre, in true classic French style. There are also many nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Europe's most famous oak forest, the Foret de Troncais, is 9 km away. A large forest where you can walk, cycle, swim, fish, etc. for hours.
